VeChain Joins China Animal Health And Food Safety Alliance (CAFA) As Council Member To Provide Blockchain Technology For Enterprise Members

CAFA is a government-backed organization directly under the Chinese National Agricultural Science Technology Innovation Alliance initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China, which aims to build a trustworthy platform that connects the government, industry associations, producer enterprises and research institutes in the food sector.

Since its launch, CAFA has revealed more than 130 members that are already signed up as official members of the alliance. These members consist of massive companies and bodies across upstream and downstream parties in the food industry, including supermarkets, food and beverage manufacturers, e-commerce platforms and more. Other members also include major players in the CTI industry, research labs, agricultural and animal supplies.

Chester County Economic Development Council names new board members | Business

UWCHLAN — The Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) has announced the election of four new members to its board of directors.

“One of CCEDC’s continuing goals as we entered our 60th anniversary year was to broaden the array of backgrounds that CCEDC’s board and staff bring to the table,” Gary Smith, Chester County Economic Development Council president and CEO, said in a press release. “Our new board members draw from a cross-section of skill sets, experiences and perspectives from Chester County’s leading industries including technology, agriculture and real estate development.”

ACID members attend Micro Enterprise Development Prog on detergent making | MorungExpress

Dimapur, September 9 (MExN):  The Assisi Centre for Integrated Development (ACID) commenced its MEDP programme on detergent making for 30 members in its office on September 8.

The programme was initiated through the support of National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD), Dimapur.

Sr Pramila Lobo UFS, Director ACID organisation in her welcome address expressed gratitude to NABARD for their constant support to the organisation to uplift the women through different skill development training programmes. 

NABARD has been supporting the organisation for conducting different need based programmes through Micro Enterprise Development Programme (MEDP) which attempts to bridge the skill deficit or facilitates optimization of production activities already pursued by SHG members.
